Upcoming Serenbe Events That You Shouldn’t Miss This Fall

Dad's Garage: Sneak Preview - October 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th

Founded in 1995, Dad’s Garage is a comedy improv theater group based out of Atlanta that frequently holds events in Serenbe. This year, just in time for Halloween, they’re bringing all things freaky and geeky to the community with Sneak Preview, an improv event that allows the audience to become part of the story. 

How does it work? The audience and improvisers will watch three different trailers for movies that haven’t been released yet (or ones that you’ve never heard of!). After that, attendees will be given the chance to vote on which scary flick they want to see brought to life onstage. It’s bound to be both an engaging and hilarious experience, and no two shows will ever be alike! Catch Sneak Preview on the specified dates above at the Art Farm at Serenbe–the shows start at 8 pm and tickets go for $30 per person. 

Serenbe Farmers Market - October 21st, 28th; November 4th 

Serenbe Farmers Market is the best place to experience the best of the community’s local produce, meats, and prepared foods. Artisans also showcase their wares at the market, which makes it a must-visit not just for food enthusiasts but also for those enamored by arts and crafts. With a backdrop of rolling hills and winding paths, this market is a haven for those who appreciate locally-sourced goods and the charm of small-town vendors.

What makes it so great? In addition to bringing the community together and supporting small business owners in the area, the market’s mission is to aid in the development of the local agricultural economy. Essentially, every purchase you make here goes back to the land from which it came from. If you love healthy food and want to contribute to the sustainability of Serenbe, then a trip to Serenbe Farmers Market should go right to the top of your list. Expect vendors to start opening their stalls on Selborne Lane around 9 am, where they will remain open until 1 pm. Admission is free!

Wine Flights - October 21st, 22nd, 28th, 29th

Whether you’re a certified wine lover or someone who’s new to the world of wine, you’ll surely have a lot of fun–and learn a thing or two–at The Wine Shop at Serenbe. They conduct Wine Flights every Saturday and Sunday, where they feature new wines each week and pair them with light snacks. 

At these Wine Flights, you’ll learn all about the wines you taste, the regions they’re from, and how to best drink and pair them with food. Seatings are available for 1:30 pm or 3:30 pm, and tickets go for $40 per person. 

Murder Mystery Dinner Party - October 31st

Do you love a good murder mystery? Put your thinking cap on, step into your best detective shoes, and discover whodunit at the “Billionaires’ Club Annual Masquerade Ball”, where you’ll unravel clues with other guests over a sumptuous three-course dinner prepared by chefs at The Farmhouse. Formal wear and Venetian masks are encouraged!
